Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Kalepa is in search of a technically-oriented Principal Product Manager with over 7 years of experience to take on a leadership role within our Product team.

• You will be tasked with establishing strategy and driving execution for key product areas of Kalepa’s core platform, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and other technical resources to fulfill Kalepa’s product vision and deliver value for users.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess more than 5 years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years focused on building Enterprise SaaS products.

• You apply first principles thinking to dissect complex user needs and develop clear, scalable workflows.

• You are proficient in leading cross-functional teams and effectively communicating workflows and user requirements to stakeholders.

• You have experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in a dynamic, agile setting, maintaining high standards for requirement quality and delivery.

• You are passionate about being the voice of the customer, deeply understanding their problems and needs, and consistently seeking improved solutions.

• You utilize AI tools to enhance your productivity and contribute to product innovation, discovering ways to enrich users’ experiences through intelligent features.

• You are data-driven, skilled at integrating quantitative and qualitative insights to provide clarity, prioritization, and alignment in uncertain environments.
