• Define and enhance Ascend’s product vision and omnichannel strategy in alignment with company and revenue objectives.
• Develop and oversee a transparent, prioritized roadmap that spans channels, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Spearhead initiatives from discovery to launch, ensuring strong execution discipline, quality, and measurable outcomes.
• Convert customer insights, market signals, and business priorities into actionable product specifications.
• Establish scalable product operations, documentation, and delivery practices that facilitate repeatable growth.
• Manage channel strategies across a diverse range of platforms.
• Create KPI frameworks and reporting mechanisms for metrics such as adoption, engagement, conversion, incrementality, retention, and partner impact.
• Implement a test-and-learn operating model (experimentation, readouts, iteration cycles) to enhance channel performance over time.
• Scale successful pilots into standardized playbooks, tools, and launch processes that decrease time-to-market.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of HCP, APP, and pharma stakeholder workflows, requirements, and communication preferences.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to influence roadmap decisions that promote adoption and monetization.
• Assess build-vs-buy opportunities and oversee key platform/vendor choices (e.g., CRM, ESP, DSP, API partners).
• Keep abreast of industry trends in HCP engagement, health technology, and AI-enabled communications.
• Collaborate with Compliance/MLR, Legal, and Privacy teams to proactively mitigate risks associated with launches while ensuring execution speed.
• Guarantee that product decisions and channel experiences adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Lead through influence across cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve aligned outcomes.
• Over 7 years of product management experience (preferably in HealthTech, SaaS, digital media, or related sectors).
• Proven track record in owning product strategy and execution for complex, multi-channel platforms with integrations.
• Demonstrated history of scaling products from pilot to production that have a significant impact on customers and business.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, including expertise in experimentation design, metric frameworks, and performance evaluation.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up setting characterized by ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, bridging both technical and non-technical partners.
• Familiarity with healthcare/life sciences workflows and regulated go-to-market processes is highly preferred.
• Preferred: experience with CRM integration, ESP/DSP ecosystems, API-driven products, and privacy/security frameworks.
