Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with our Director of Product, you will aid in a vital area of the ID5 product lifecycle, spanning across various ID products.

• Manage a well-defined, prioritized backlog of epics and features that the engineering team can implement without confusion.

• Articulate the "what" and "why" behind each release, working alongside Product Marketing to transform technical capabilities into value propositions that resonate with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, agencies, and advertisers.

• Equip Sales and Client Growth teams with the necessary proof points to secure complex deals against sophisticated buyers and competing identity solutions.

• Lead outcomes from start to finish by making informed decisions, clarifying uncertainties, and aligning engineering, marketing, and partnerships with your vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within the ad tech sector, preferably with direct involvement in programmatic, Connected TV, identity, attribution, or measurement.

• Strong ability to define problems and solutions, ensuring you identify the correct issue before attempting to resolve it, even amidst genuine uncertainty.

• Confident in prioritization when not all tasks can take precedence, with a rationale that you can substantiate.

• Ability to influence stakeholders at both peer and senior levels across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and partnerships.

• A deep-seated curiosity, an ownership mentality, and comfort working proactively with data.

• Hands-on technical proficiency that enables you to engage in architectural discussions with engineering rather than circumventing them (Nice To Have).

• Experience with measurement, attribution, audience onboarding, or identity at a DSP, SSP, DMP, CDP, or measurement provider (Nice To Have).
