This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Convert ideas and feedback into a comprehensive product vision and roadmap.
β’ Understand customer challenges to gather user needs, requirements, and pain points.
β’ Effectively curate and communicate user feedback to the Engineering team, providing evidence to support trade-offs and prioritize tasks.
β’ Collaborate closely with PMM to facilitate go-to-market strategies on product differentiation, which includes creating and updating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers.
β’ Leverage your extensive product knowledge to make informed decisions regarding our go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering.
β’ A BS/BA in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in Product Management.
β’ More than 5 years of experience with a B2B SaaS product.
β’ Experience in utilizing or developing developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
β’ Proficiency in discussing APIs, data models, schema evolution, and concepts of distributed systems.
β’ Proven track record in promoting the adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across various product teams.
β’ Experience collaborating with Engineering and Design teams to create exceptional products and features with solid UX in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions.
β’ Bonus Points:
β’ Familiarity with open source software and/or experience with commercial open source companies.
β’ Experience in using or developing observability products and/or developer tools, either internally as an SRE or for external clients.
β’ Knowledgeable about infrastructure concepts and components such as Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, and VMs, and able to explain these models in clear terms.
β’ Experience with AI tools.
