This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and advance the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and federal program objectives.
• Oversee feature prioritization and backlog enhancement, ensuring consistency with the organizational strategy.
• Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, customers, and Agile teams to convert high-level requirements into actionable features and stories.
• Manage the product backlogs, ensuring prioritization based on business value, compliance needs, and customer requirements.
• Facilitate and actively participate in product planning, offering clear guidance on product objectives and priorities.
• Continuously interact with stakeholders, customers, and end-users to validate product solutions and promote ongoing improvement.
• Track product performance using data-driven metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize value delivery.
• Advocate for Lean Agile principles and best practices throughout teams, enhancing Agile maturity in the organization.
• Recognize risks and dependencies early, proactively resolving obstacles to ensure smooth product execution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, promoting effective communication across engineering, compliance, security, and business units.
• Exhibit expertise in Jira, ensuring effective backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery execution.
• Develop well-structured documentation of product and user journeys for stakeholders and update it as the product evolves.
• Undertake strategic initiatives to drive value and foster organizational enhancements.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure project success and uncover new opportunities.
• Conduct user and market research to shape product vision, mission, objectives, and features.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management within an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex enterprise-level solutions.
• Strong grasp of Agile best practices.
• Experience with product documentation.
• Practical experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
• Skill in translating business objectives into well-defined Epics, Features, and Stories.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience in building proof of concepts and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
• Must be a US Citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining Public Trust 6C.
