Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the mobile product experience from strategy through to outcomes, including roadmap and delivery.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create an exceptional mobile experience.

• Gain a thorough understanding of frontline users and design solutions for real-world workflows in high-risk settings.

• Make rapid, high-quality product decisions that effectively balance speed and accuracy.

• Work in close partnership with customers, Customer Success teams, and internal stakeholders to confirm the product direction.

• Play a vital role in shaping and leading strategic initiatives for the roadmap, focusing on AI, predictive insights, and data-driven functionalities.

• Maintain consistency, quality, and alignment throughout the broader product ecosystem.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on managing complex products.

• Proven track record in delivering mobile-first or mobile-centric products.

• Strong product judgment, with the ability to discern when to delve into details and when to act swiftly.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions despite incomplete information.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership; you don’t wait for guidance.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or operational/industrial sectors is preferred.
