• Supervise and enhance Experian's identity products that operate downstream from the identity graphs, ensuring the resolution and connection of client inputs to relevant outputs across both online and offline settings.
• Convert requirements into precise product and technical specifications, collaborating with engineering and product owners to implement new features and improvements.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including roadmap development, pricing strategies, go-to-market (GTM) plans, and continuous optimization based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
• Track performance indicators (e.g., match rates, accuracy, coverage, latency), pinpointing areas for improvement to benefit clients.
• Evaluate market demands within AdTech and MarTech, focusing on the intersection of offline and digital identity to support consumer marketing applications (e.g., measurement, activation, enrichment, attribution).
• Drive innovation initiatives by collaborating with Experian's strategy, data science, and development teams to test new MVPs that address market challenges.
• Work alongside internal Experian teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, Privacy) to ensure a comprehensive understanding of broader platform capabilities.
• Confirm consensus on privacy, data governance, and contractual obligations across all products and use cases.
• Engage in trade association working groups within the data-driven marketing ecosystem (e.g., NAI, IAB) to advocate for Experian.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, with a grasp of identity resolution within both offline and digital ecosystems.
• At least 3 years of product management experience, guiding roadmaps and working towards delivering products and enhancements.
• Expertise in AdTech/MarTech, including 5+ years of direct experience with identity resolution applications (e.g., enrichment, measurement, data append).
• Knowledge of identity constructs such as PII, cookies, MAIDs, IP, hashed identifiers, and their inter-system mappings.
• Proficiency in 1st party/CRM data, data quality principles, identity linkage, and customer data platforms.
• Familiarity with clean room environments and crosswalk solutions.
• Understanding of privacy frameworks and data governance related to identity-driven products.
• Previous experience in promoting product success in the market, driving strategic direction for all products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
