📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and execution in the Processing domain, ensuring alignment with Enfuce’s business objectives and customer needs.

• Actively identify and define new opportunities by collaborating closely with engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders across various functions.

• Guide cross-functional product development teams through both discovery and delivery phases, guaranteeing successful product launches with measurable outcomes.

• Contribute to and critically assess the business strategy, utilizing in-depth domain knowledge and commercial insight to ensure product investments align with broader KPIs.

• Develop and validate business cases by synthesizing data from multiple sources, generating practical and risk-aware recommendations.

• Lead prioritization frameworks and delivery planning that balance immediate delivery demands with long-term strategy, consistently focusing on delivering value to customers.

• Establish strong networks throughout the organization to promote collaboration across domains and uncover wider business opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on cross-functional leadership and ownership of the full product lifecycle.

• Background in the payments, card issuing, or financial services sectors, especially in card payment processing, transaction systems, or payment infrastructure.

• Proven experience in high-growth or scale-up environments, showcasing the ability to navigate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and regulated contexts.

• Strategic product mindset: Capable of independently identifying high-impact challenges and devising strategic initiatives in complex, ambiguous settings.

• Strong commercial insight: Ability to articulate the impact of product decisions on domain-level and company-wide KPIs, connecting them back to the overarching business strategy.

• Advanced skills in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative data to guide decision-making.

• Collaborative leadership: Demonstrated experience leading teams through influence rather than authority, adept at managing competing interests and fostering alignment.

• In-depth knowledge of modern product management tools and techniques, spanning from discovery to delivery.

• Capable of mentoring others and adapting frameworks to meet evolving requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting information clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.

• Committed to continuous self-improvement, team enhancement, and process optimization.
