Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the vision for Platform IAM.

• Establish and implement the long-term strategy for identity and access management throughout the platform.

• Create a comprehensive roadmap for access controls, permissions, and secure authentication protocols.

• Lead the creation of a cloud-native framework for workload identity.

• Set standards and deliver solutions that ensure secure service-to-service authentication and authorization.

• Convert complex security and compliance requirements into user-friendly, API-first capabilities.

• Outline how organizations can manage service accounts and securely share resources.

• Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and go-to-market teams.

• Define clear KPIs to monitor adoption, reliability, performance, and customer outcomes.

• Interact with customers to grasp emerging needs and guarantee that IAM solutions facilitate secure and scalable growth.

• Ensure compliance with global security standards and privacy regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, particularly in customer-facing IAM, security, or cloud infrastructure products.

• Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle for high-scale, multi-tenant software.

• Profound understanding of IAM/RBAC technologies, cloud-based systems, and cybersecurity principles.

• Familiarity with common IAM protocols and standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).

• Previous experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Knowledge of cloud hosting, virtualization, and API-first product design.
