📋 Description

• Take ownership of the vision for Platform IAM.

• Develop and implement the long-term strategy for identity and access management.

• Spearhead the creation of a cloud-native workload identity framework.

• Establish standards for secure service-to-service authentication and authorization.

• Convert complex security and compliance requirements into user-friendly, API-first solutions.

• Outline how contemporary organizations can manage service accounts and securely share resources.

• Collaborate with teams to provide scalable IAM capabilities.

• Set clear KPIs to monitor adoption and performance levels.

• Interact with customers to identify emerging needs.

• Ensure adherence to global security standards and privacy regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on customer-facing IAM, security, or cloud infrastructure products.

• Demonstrated experience in managing the complete product lifecycle for high-scale, multi-tenant software.

• Extensive knowledge of IAM/RBAC technologies, cloud-based systems, and cybersecurity principles.

• Familiarity with common IAM protocols and standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).

• Previous experience working with Agile development methodologies.

• Understanding of cloud hosting, virtualization, and API-first product design.
