Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the vision for Platform IAM and spearhead the long-term strategy throughout the platform.

• Lead the creation of a cloud-native workload identity framework.

• Establish standards for secure authentication and authorization between services.

• Develop seamless permission management experiences across essential products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable IAM capabilities.

• Set KPIs to monitor product performance and make iterative improvements based on user feedback.

• Engage with customers to advocate for their needs in solution development.

• Ensure adherence to global security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on customer-facing IAM, security, or cloud infrastructure products.

• Demonstrated experience managing the complete product lifecycle for high-scale, multi-tenant software.

• Strong understanding of IAM/RBAC technologies, cloud-based systems, and cybersecurity principles.

• Familiarity with common IAM protocols and standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).

• Previous experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Knowledge of cloud hosting, virtualization, and API-first product design.
