Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish and propel the product vision and roadmap for the Odos dApp, emphasizing user-centered innovation and market dominance.

• Shape and enhance the usability of the frontend swap experience, guaranteeing smooth interactions and satisfaction for DeFi users.

• Partner with engineering, marketing, executive, and other teams to achieve roadmap goals and introduce new features.

• Define, monitor, and evaluate product metrics to assess success and inform iterations.

• Convert intricate technical concepts into practical product requirements and development processes.

• Advocate for a top-tier developer experience, creating tools and APIs that empower creators in the DeFi ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical field.

• More than 7 years of experience collaborating across functions with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and other stakeholders.

• At least 5 years of experience in bringing technical products from idea to launch, with a demonstrated history of delivering significant results.

• Strong knowledge of DeFi, trading systems, and the overall blockchain ecosystem.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of deconstructing complex issues into actionable solutions.

• Experience in leading through influence, mentoring teams, and fostering collaboration across various departments.

• A passion for innovation and for developing user-centric products in a rapidly changing environment.
