Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and create consumer-oriented web-based products while enhancing and maintaining internal web applications.

• Spearhead the development of product features using the Agile methodology by collaborating closely with engineering and business operations teams.

• Develop wireframes to outline user experiences and work together with the creative team to create top-notch user interfaces.

• Generate product feature requirements and partner with engineers to bring these features to fruition.

• Brainstorm new tests and experiences, and explore processes to create efficient internal tools; continuously iterate using clear metrics.

• Enhance customer experience, set up tests, and oversee the comprehensive execution of these tests.

• Organize meetings and manage the backlog with contributions from internal stakeholders, partners, and engineers.

• Facilitate backlog meetings with development teams and provide regular updates to partners.

• Direct product roadmaps and ensure the successful completion of roadmap items.

• Lead teams and cross-functional groups to present ideas, working collaboratively with the team for implementation.

• Conduct user and competitive research to generate ideas for product enhancements.

• Engage in team retrospectives to foster high-performance teams.

• Maintain an understanding of consumer journey mapping.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA is preferred.

• 4 to 5 years of experience in product management or product development.

• Proficient in writing and debugging SQL queries; experience with Tableau and Power BI is preferred.

• Experience in drafting user stories and acceptance criteria as a product owner within an Agile/SCRUM software development environment.

• Proficient in HTML, SQL, and CSS.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
