Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee product areas from inception to completion: establishing strategy, facilitating discovery, and taking ownership of results from launch through iterative phases.

• Achieve a thorough understanding of Cove's customer demographics and become a reliable advocate for their workflows, challenges, and priorities.

• Conduct sprint ceremonies and agile practices with sufficient expertise to tailor the process to the team's actual needs.

• Quickly prototype ideas utilizing AI tools to test hypotheses before allocating engineering resources.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to refine positioning and enhance feedback mechanisms.

• Elevate the standards of discovery processes, documentation quality, and collaboration across functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in a product management position within a B2B SaaS organization.

• Experience in enterprise SaaS environments.

• Strong instincts for understanding customer needs.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies.

• Ability to communicate clearly and directly.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity on a large scale.

• Experience with AI and prototyping.

• Domain expertise in commercial real estate, proptech, or similar sectors.

• Proven track record in discovery and bet-sizing.
