Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the vision, roadmap, and delivery for a specific product surface, balancing immediate achievements with long-term investments.

• Conduct ongoing discovery by building and utilizing agents to monitor and synthesize that aspect of your role.

• Draft precise PRDs and specifications that equip engineering and design teams with the clarity they need to operate swiftly and without confusion.

• Establish success metrics prior to development, monitor them post-launch, and refine approaches when results do not align with expectations.

• Prototype your own concepts using Cursor, Claude Code, and our Prototype Playground, demonstrating ideas before creating a ticket.

• Collaborate effectively across engineering, design, analytics, and GTM, managing the process independently.

• Clearly present your roadmap and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership, providing updates when there are shifts in direction.

• Identify operational friction within the team and propose actionable improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, showcasing comprehensive ownership of a product area in a B2B SaaS context.

• Demonstrated history of successful product launches. You have guided features from inception to release and have iterated based on data insights.

• Strong prioritization skills. You are adept at saying no and can substantiate your decisions.

• High level of customer empathy with the ability to discern between what users articulate and their actual needs.

• Proficient with data. You can define your own metrics, query dashboards, and support arguments with quantifiable evidence.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your specifications and strategic documents foster alignment without necessitating follow-up meetings.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and a rapid work environment. You take initiative without waiting for direction.

• Experienced with AI tools. You actively use them and continuously seek innovative ways to maximize their utility.
