This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate and implement product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals, customer requirements, and market possibilities.
• Perform customer discovery, conduct market research, and carry out competitive analysis to pinpoint issues worth addressing and growth opportunities.
• Articulate and share the product vision, priorities, and strategic direction with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, validate, and prioritize customer and market needs to foster innovation and future product development.
• Spearhead product initiatives from concept through to launch, collaborating closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Oversee and update the product roadmap, balancing long-term strategic investments with incremental enhancements.
• Convert customer and business needs into precise requirements, user stories, and priorities that facilitate successful execution.
• Establish, monitor, and assess product success metrics, utilizing data and customer insights to continuously enhance results.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry partners to guide product decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Create business cases and profitability analyses to back product investment decisions and maximize commercial impact.
• Mentor and assist team members while promoting a collaborative, high-performing product culture.
• Proven track record of developing, launching, and scaling software products in a dynamic technology environment.
• Extensive experience in product strategy, roadmap creation, and product lifecycle management.
• Comprehensive understanding of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve successful product outcomes.
• Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation.
• Bonus Points: Experience in SaaS and a solid understanding of SaaS business models.
• Experience with enterprise-level or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in using product management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting go-to-market strategies and product positioning efforts.
