Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for Brightside’s client application.

• Create and enhance client journeys that promote activation and engagement.

• Develop experiences that integrate digital and human support.

• Establish and execute engagement loops.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and operations teams.

• Leverage data and user insights to enhance engagement and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in product management.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling consumer-oriented or engagement-focused products.

• Strong judgment in product decision-making.

• Proven experience in driving user engagement and achieving measurable results.

• Excellent cross-functional leadership capabilities.

• Experience in fintech, health, or service-oriented products is advantageous.
