This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Product and Senior Leadership to thoroughly understand the product vision, direction, and requirements within your designated product area. Advocate for this vision throughout the organization to ensure that Development, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing efforts are coordinated and aligned.
• Establish and continuously refine lean product methodologies and processes within your product area, exemplifying best practices.
• Spearhead and expand a continuous discovery practice, mentoring internal stakeholders on customer-focused product thinking.
• Synthesize insights from user research, interviews, and prototype feedback into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Manage and uphold product documentation standards within your area. Define and evaluate requirements, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for complex product functions and features.
• Take ownership of the Product Owner role at the Agile table by prioritizing tasks, removing obstacles for the team, and ensuring delivery aligns with the product vision.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and post-launch evaluation for significant product releases.
• Navigate uncertainties and conflicting priorities to balance business goals with customer needs, making principled trade-offs and providing clear recommendations to leadership.
• Make strategic decisions regarding scope and delivery, establishing Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) thresholds while maintaining a long-term product vision. Act as the senior internal authority on your product area across all teams.
• Define and manage a product analytics framework within your domain. Lead the analysis of adoption, usage trends, and business outcomes. Integrate user feedback from various channels into a prioritized roadmap of impactful enhancements, presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee the release governance process within your product area, ensuring product quality, scope integrity, and delivery timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams. Conduct and supervise QA acceptance testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with customers and key stakeholders to validate strategic concepts, themes, and prototypes. Define, track, and report on product-area KPIs linked to business outcomes.
• Provide consistent and clear communication to leadership regarding roadmap status, product impact, and priorities, including risks, trade-offs, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage and continuously enhance the product backlog, applying strategic prioritization to maximize business value and team productivity.

• Core responsibilities encompass defining product strategy, steering discovery and roadmap planning, advocating for stakeholder alignment, and ensuring all product initiatives are executed in harmony with the overarching product vision.
• This position represents a senior leadership role where you will mentor team members, influence decisions within your product area, and drive a product-led, customer-centric evolution of Fleetworthy platforms.
• Exceptional capability to articulate complex product strategies, system architectures, and technical concepts to leadership, cross-functional teams, and customers.
• Extensive experience in lean product methodologies, particularly in fast-paced SaaS environments. Proven success in contributing to product strategy for a SaaS platform.
• Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive product documentation, business cases, and strategic roadmaps.
• Proven track record of leading, influencing, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Highly inquisitive mindset with a strong presence; capable of resolving ambiguous, complex challenges. Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills across multiple strategic initiatives.
• Strong technical, analytical, and strategic planning abilities, including experience in defining and tracking product KPIs. Demonstrated performance under pressure and ability to deliver results.
• Experienced in managing several high-visibility product workstreams concurrently. Deep customer empathy combined with the capacity to build internal consensus and drive innovative solutions.
• Ability to lead Product Management across intricate user interface, information architecture, and backend data reconciliation and integration workstreams.
• Proficient in SQL and capable of independently analyzing data to inform product decisions and support business cases.
• BS/BA degree in Technology, Business, or equivalent; an MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 6–8 years of product management experience; previous experience in a senior or lead PM role is advantageous.
