Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead one or more cross-functional sub-teams within the Modo product portfolio, taking ownership of strategy, execution, and delivery.

• Establish and communicate a clear product vision, roadmap, and priorities that align with both company objectives and customer needs.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to develop and launch impactful features.

• Collect and prioritize product and customer requirements through data, research, and business insights.

• Drive initiatives employing agile product development practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing.

• Analyze user behavior, A/B testing results, and market trends to guide product decisions and enhance performance.

• Develop comprehensive product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Own KPIs and reporting for product success; consistently monitor and enhance product performance.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of scalable product processes as the team expands.

• Oversee and monitor the delivery of multiple complex initiatives across various work streams.

• Identify and address risks, dependencies, and obstacles early in the process.

• Conduct efficient meetings, document outcomes, and ensure follow-through on essential action items.

• Coordinate with leadership and other departments to effectively manage timelines, budgets, and scope.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience, with a proven history of launching and scaling mobile products.

• Experience in social gaming, real-money gaming, or sweepstakes-based platforms is strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence others without formal authority.

• Required experience in mobile app development and lifecycle management.

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities with a data-driven approach.

• Proficient in agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Computer Science, etc.); an MBA or technical degree is a plus.
