This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop the essential product that supports all Zeitview verticals. You will create and deliver Zeitview's main enterprise platform, Asset Insights.
• You will receive problem definitions and prioritized requirements from our vertical product leads: product managers who collaborate with customers in solar, wind, utilities, oil & gas, and commercial properties, transforming those into functional software.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to define the technical approach, manage cross-stage dependencies across the inspection pipeline (capture → analysis → delivery), and ensure the delivery of complex programs with high quality.
• The Head of Product and VPs of Product establish the product vision and strategy; your role is to provide technical insights and execute the plan.
• Assess where generative AI, LLM, or agent-based functionalities should replace or enhance existing platform workflows, and where they should not be applied.
• Facilitate discussions on scope trade-offs among multiple vertical product managers vying for the same engineering resources, making those trade-offs clear to leadership.
• Manage the backlog for one or more stages in Asset Insights (e.g., analysis, analytics, action), creating epics and stories that the engineering team can begin without needing a follow-up meeting.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams executing inspections and generating reports, identifying opportunities where product investments can eliminate manual processes.
• Take over and enhance the interface contracts between pipeline stages to ensure that changes in capture do not disrupt delivery.
• Establish or improve measurement frameworks for your product areas, defining what constitutes "working" before launching, rather than after.
• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a science, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in product management.
• Proven experience in building and delivering enterprise B2B SaaS products. Not just managing a backlog, but making architectural and scoping decisions that impact product scalability.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-enabled product capabilities: generative AI, LLMs, agent-based systems, or similar technologies. You can assess an AI feature's readiness for production, not just propose one, and participate effectively in technical design discussions with engineering leads.
• Experience in shaping system architecture, evaluating build-vs-buy decisions, and ensuring the feasibility of prototype-to-production pathways.
• Successfully delivered complex programs across multiple teams where no single individual had complete authority, effectively coordinating through influence, clarity, and follow-through.
• Ability to write product requirements that engineers can understand and build from in a single reading. Your specifications minimize ambiguity rather than increase it.
• Proficient in quantitative reasoning: you have created measurement frameworks, designed experiments, and made decisions even when data was incomplete.
• Competitive base salary, annual bonus, and stock options.
• A variety of medical insurance plans, including options with an HSA and 100% premium coverage for you and your dependents.
• Unlimited PTO: We genuinely prioritize work-life balance and mental health.
• Autonomy and opportunities for upward mobility.
• A diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture: a workplace where your voice is valued.
