• Develop and deploy Zeitview's core enterprise platform, Asset Insights.
• Gather problem definitions and prioritized requirements from our vertical product leads.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to define technical strategies, manage cross-stage dependencies throughout the inspection pipeline (capture → analysis → delivery), and deliver intricate programs with quality assurance.
• Assess opportunities for generative AI, LLM, or agent-based functionalities to enhance or replace current platform workflows, and identify areas where they should not be implemented.
• Facilitate negotiations regarding scope trade-offs between various vertical PMs vying for the same engineering resources.
• Manage the backlog for one or more stages of the Asset Insights pipeline, crafting epics and stories that engineers can adopt without needing follow-up meetings.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams conducting inspections and generating reports, pinpointing where product investments can eliminate manual processes.
• Establish or refine measurement frameworks for your product areas, defining success criteria before launching, rather than retrospectively.
• A bachelor's degree (or higher) in a science, technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of professional experience, including more than 5 years in product management.
• Proven experience in building and launching enterprise B2B SaaS products. You have not only managed a backlog but also made architectural and scoping decisions that influence the product's scalability.
• Practical experience with AI/ML-powered product functionalities: generative AI, LLMs, agent-based systems, or similar technologies. You can assess an AI feature's readiness for production and engage in technical design discussions with engineering leads.
• Experience in shaping system architecture, evaluating build-versus-buy decisions, and ensuring feasible paths from prototype to production.
• Proven ability to deliver complex and ambiguous programs across multiple teams where no single individual had total authority, effectively coordinating through influence, clarity, and commitment.
• Ability to draft product requirements that engineers can read and implement effectively. Your specifications minimize ambiguity rather than introduce it.
• Proficient in quantitative reasoning: you have established measurement frameworks, designed experiments, and made informed decisions in scenarios with incomplete data.
• Strongly preferred: Experience collaborating with operational or service delivery teams. You recognize that the product experience extends beyond the user interface.
• Product management or domain expertise in solar, wind, utilities, oil & gas, or commercial properties.
• Familiarity with geospatial data pipelines, remote sensing, or inspection/asset management platforms.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic AI outputs.
• Background in drone or remotely piloted system workflows.
• Experience in mobile application development.
• Competitive base salary, annual bonus, and stock options.
• Your choice of several medical insurance plans, including options with an HSA and full coverage of premiums for you and your dependents.
• Unlimited PTO: We genuinely prioritize work-life balance and mental health.
• Autonomy and opportunities for career advancement.
• A diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture: a workplace where your voice is valued.
