This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of key business outcomes (such as adoption, revenue, unit economics, and retention) and adjust strategies based on performance indicators.
• Serve as the sole accountable leader for your product domain, making decisions grounded in data, customer insights, and strategic direction rather than stakeholder opinions.
• Define and refine the product strategy with clear narratives that encompass customer challenges, anticipated impacts, assumptions, and risks.
• Manage or influence product economics, including revenue performance, cost of service, and monetization strategies.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery to commercialization, ensuring that delivery yields tangible business results.
• Design and conduct structured experiments (such as concept tests, pilot programs, and pricing tests) to validate opportunities prior to scaling.
• Adopt an AI-first approach, utilizing AI during discovery, prototyping, and enhancing product capabilities.
• Continuously enhance your product by improving architecture, minimizing technical debt, and integrating new technologies.
• Utilize systems thinking to create scalable, end-to-end customer journeys that encompass workflows, data, and platform components.
• Manage go-to-market outcomes comprehensively, including positioning, enablement, adoption, and commercial success.
• Collaborate across functions to foster alignment, influence decisions, and implement product changes.
• Strive for self-service, scalable product experiences that minimize operational friction.
• Integrate customer insights, product data, and market signals to consistently refine priorities.
• Lead through influence in a complex context, making decisive choices amidst ambiguity.
• Provide clarity through well-structured written materials, decision-making frameworks, and effective communication.
• Cultivate a high-performance, low-ego culture that emphasizes accountability and collaboration.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B, fintech, or payments sectors.
• Demonstrated history of owning and delivering quantifiable product outcomes.
• Experience in building and scaling intricate products, platforms, or APIs.
• Strong analytical abilities with a talent for translating data into actionable decisions.
• Proven experience in designing and conducting experiments to validate product directions.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a proactive mindset.
• Strong technical proficiency and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with executive audiences.
