This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Be accountable for developing and enhancing the multi-quarter roadmap for reporting and analytics products that align with company goals and customer data requirements.
• Collect and convert reporting needs from stakeholders, customers, and internal users into clear specifications.
• Lead discovery initiatives involving customers, internal users, and domain experts.
• Create reporting systems and dashboards that empower end users to address their self-service analytics requirements.
• Transform requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria for Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Manage release planning and ensure readiness for reporting feature launches.
• Conduct roadmap reviews and prioritization discussions with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Act as the representative for the reporting product in customer discussions and convert feedback into design choices.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering on estimates and planning for quarterly and annual initiatives.
• Track report adoption and usage trends to pinpoint self-service gaps and necessary design improvements.
• 6–8 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role focused on building reports and reporting systems.
• Proven track record of gathering business-stakeholder requirements and translating them into effective report and dashboard designs.
• Demonstrated experience in designing self-service reporting systems that minimize reliance on ad hoc, one-off report requests.
• Practical knowledge of BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Comfortable working with SQL and relational data models.
• Experience in US Healthcare and Life Sciences data environments is a significant advantage.
• Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and contemporary product lifecycle management tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York, and be within a reasonable travel distance from the Philadelphia office.
