Senior Product Manager – AI Product Builder, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of significant Product outcomes within a key Product area by defining the strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and establishing clear connections to customer value, engagement, and business development.

• Begin with the customer in mind and work backwards, utilizing research, market insights, data, and customer-facing teams to pinpoint high-value challenges and develop targeted Product initiatives.

• Function as a hands-on SPM (AI Product Builder), employing AI tools, prototypes, agents, flows, and lightweight integrations to quickly validate concepts and expedite time to market.

• Create and expand AI-driven experiences by outlining expected behaviors, quality standards, safety measures, failure modes, and human-in-the-loop processes.

• Lead with sound judgment and influence by making precise decisions amidst uncertainty, aligning senior stakeholders through effective storytelling, and raising the standards for Product thinking within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated Product leadership experience in marketplaces, consumer platforms, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or other scaled digital Products, showcasing a strong history of measurable impact.

• Strong customer focus and Product judgment, with the capability to simplify complexity, make informed trade-offs, and transform ambiguous customer issues into clear Product opportunities.

• Proficient in data and business fluency, including a comfort level with metrics, funnels, experimentation, business cases, revenue drivers, and marketplace dynamics.

• Practical AI and prototyping skills, with hands-on experience utilizing AI tools, LLMs, agent concepts, or rapid prototyping methods to produce testable Product artifacts.

• Excellent cross-functional leadership abilities, characterized by technical knowledge, commercial acumen, communication skills, and a sense of ownership required to align teams and successfully launch ideas.
