Senior Product Manager – AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap for the central AI platform, encompassing agent runtime, evaluation frameworks, pipelines, and observability.

• Conduct targeted experiments on new AI functionalities, validating effective solutions and either launching a v1 or empowering product teams to advance further.

• Support teams across Moss in building, testing, and deploying AI-driven products with enhanced speed, quality, and assurance.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and leadership to prioritize the most impactful platform investments.

• Maintain a balance between strategic platform oversight and tactical expertise on agent behavior, prompts, accuracy, and production quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A solid background in accounting/finance is essential.

• Significant Product Management experience in delivering AI/ML products to production, rather than just experimentation.

• Understanding of LLMs, agents, evaluation frameworks, and model lifecycle management.

• Experience in platform/infrastructure PM or strong expertise in creating AI-centric product experiences in a B2B context.

• Ability to navigate trade-offs concerning accuracy, observability, cost, and speed.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
