• Collaborate closely with clinical teams to comprehend care pathways, decision-making logic, and real-world workflows.
• Assist in defining how care is delivered through software, not merely supported by it.
• Develop AI-Enabled Care Experiences.
• Launch experiences enhanced by conversational interfaces and agents, personalized recommendations and nudges, as well as intelligent workflows and automation.
• Establish Human vs AI Boundaries.
• Decide when AI should take action versus when to escalate matters to clinicians.
• Contribute to the design and iteration of prompts for essential care interactions.
• Help formulate and implement evaluation frameworks (evals) to assess AI quality, safety, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to continually enhance system performance.
• Take responsibility for metrics related to engagement, retention, and clinical adherence.
• Utilize experimentation and data to enhance both user experience (UX) and AI system behavior.
• Balance swift iterations with long-term product quality, safety, and scalability.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management focused on consumer or SaaS products.
• Direct experience in healthcare or care delivery settings (mandatory).
• Strong history of managing end-to-end user or patient experiences.
• Experience working on or with AI-powered products.
• Proven capability to collaborate closely with clinicians and translate care pathways and decision logic into product systems.
• Strong product instincts regarding UX, behavior change, and engagement in high-stakes environments.
• Comfort in navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
