Senior Product Manager – Age Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining and constructing systems that ensure age-based access with minimal friction.

• Enhance age estimation and age verification processes with high accuracy and accountability.

• Facilitate workflows for minor and guardian consent across various regions.

• Convert signals into clear and enforceable product decisions.

• Adapt to evolving global regulations and platform requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Trust & Safety teams to navigate decisions involving constant trade-offs that are often complex.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in identity, fraud, trust & safety, or similarly intricate fields.

• Direct experience in age verification, online safety for children, or related areas is highly preferred.

• Practical experience with minor consent and guardian consent workflows, or regulated onboarding processes.

• A solid understanding of how to balance safety, compliance, and user experience in practical systems.

• Comfortable working with technical systems, including APIs, decision-making logic, and data-driven products.

• Experience collaborating with Data Science teams, particularly on model-driven products.

• Ability to leverage data and analysis to assess performance and inform decisions.

• Openness to navigating ambiguity, questioning assumptions, and taking ownership of results.
