Senior Product Manager – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and launch products within the Spotify Ads Manager aimed at enhancing advertiser revenue and optimizing ad performance.

• Utilize advertiser insights, spearhead data-driven experimentation, and manage complex trade-offs to achieve significant business impact and scalability.

• Propel ongoing product discovery and funnel optimization for the advertiser platform, directly influencing retention and fostering long-term business growth.

• Integrate AI tools to create innovative and high-performing products efficiently.

• Collaborate across functions with engineering, design, product insights, and business partners, as well as work alongside other product teams to identify and pursue high-impact opportunities.

• Design products and APIs that can scale effectively on our advertising platform.

• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive advertising strategy for the future of the Spotify Ads Business.

• Foster a healthy and productive team environment through honesty, accountability, empathy, and inclusivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management with a solid record of driving revenue growth through product innovation.

• Experience in shipping AdTech products, preferably those facing advertisers, with an understanding of their impact on business value and user experience.

• Demonstrated ability as an independent product owner, adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments to deliver advertiser-facing products.

• A strong curiosity or direct experience in implementing generative AI within workflows designed for advertisers.

• A technical foundation in building scalable products and APIs.

• Proficient in leading global product launches and experiments, leveraging data to inform decisions.
