Senior Product Management Specialist – Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Ensure the precise and prompt establishment of new products in accordance with underwriter and account protocols.

• Develop, amend, and evaluate plan documents along with other pertinent policy forms.

• Employ structured problem-solving techniques to determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions.

• Assist in managing the entire product and document lifecycle from setup, through testing, to delivery.

• Collaborate with the QA and Development teams on product testing, bug identification, and change requests.

• Adhere to established risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business operations.

• Act as a vertical lead champion, representing the department while effectively communicating project updates to the wider team and business leaders.

• Conduct product compliance assessments for marketing materials and websites.

• Maintain awareness and understanding of current state laws and regulatory frameworks relevant to assigned states.

• Prepare responses to member inquiries escalated by the Customer Service and Claims teams.

• Regularly enhance product and job-related knowledge.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with state filings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other applications within the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Preferred experience in policy form development and editing.

• Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and risk requirements related to products is preferred.

• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
