• Lead advisors while supporting issue resolution and performance management.

• Collaborate with trade associations, external professional organizations, and regulatory authorities in a technical or regulatory role.

• Examine client artworks and specifications to identify any non-compliances.

• Utilize specification systems like FIND to retrieve data and documents.

• Detect any missing documents or information necessary for advancing specifications or artwork.

• Evaluate product safety and business risks, escalating issues when necessary.

• Adapt to clients' regulatory risk tolerance levels.

• Analyze data sets to assess business efficiency and performance indicators.

• Assist advisors in adjusting to Ashbury's dynamic client engagements and meeting deadlines.

• Perform internal or external audits according to relevant standards.

• Take into account clients' commercial needs while reviewing artwork, specifications, and policies.

• Familiarity with specification systems like FIND.

• Strong analytical, logical, solution-oriented, and critical-thinking capabilities.

• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and performance management systems.

• Experience in analyzing data sets for assessing business efficiency and performance metrics.

• Understanding of Ashbury's operational methodologies and adaptability to dynamic client work.

• Regulatory, food safety, or food science knowledge at degree level or higher.

• Experience in conducting internal or external audits to specific standards, such as GFSI.

• Possession of a recognized auditing qualification or certified training on relevant standards.

• Insight into food manufacturing operations and the product market launch process.
