Senior Product Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and sustain efficient, reusable, and dependable code throughout our Salesforce platform and cloud-native stack.

• Create and deploy new functionalities across our established and upcoming products.

• Take the lead by establishing new and enhanced processes.

• Supervise proposed solutions for challenges and ensure that the executed software aligns with business objectives for the long term.

• Detect bottlenecks and bugs, and formulate solutions to address these issues.

• Assist in maintaining code quality, structure, and automation.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues as part of tier 3 support.

• Engage in monthly "spike days" where team members collaborate to build projects of their choice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in object-oriented programming for a product.

• Proven experience as a technical leader within a development team.

• Proficiency in web development using component-based JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks, such as React.

• Comprehension of fundamental design principles for scalable applications.

• Strong understanding of relational databases.

• Exceptional communication skills and experience in a highly collaborative development environment.

• Highly driven with the capacity to work independently and make decisions.

• Familiarity with trunk-based development and continuous delivery in cloud environments like AWS and Vercel is a plus.

• Additional consideration if you have automated processes using AI and integrated AI coding agents into your workflow, along with insights on delivering high-quality code.
