Senior Product Designer, Spectrum Design System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Maintain accessibility standards and implement inclusive design practices in all aspects of work.

• High level of craftsmanship in visual and UI design.

• Proven experience in design systems and a history of addressing creative problem sets.

• Capability to tackle complex design challenges across various products or platforms.

• Expert-level proficiency with Figma and Figma libraries.

• A collaborative and open-minded approach, with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative and analytical abilities to facilitate workshops and convey insights that inspire design opportunities.

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams to realize designs.

• An experimentation-driven mindset for learning and utilizing new tools, such as Claude Code, Figma connectors, and advanced prototyping.

• Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for accessible and inclusive design practices.
