Senior Product Designer, Member App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the member app from start to finish

• Conduct research to gain insights into user experience

• Develop and uphold the design system

• Partner with the clinical team to enhance their efficiency

• Navigate the balance between user clarity and clinician workload

• Proven experience in managing a consumer product from inception to completion

• Proficiency with contemporary design tools

• Excellent skills in user research

• Capability to design amidst uncertainty

• Strong written communication abilities

• Experience in designing tools or workflows for clinicians, particularly with EMR systems
