Senior Product Designer, Investments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform user research and market analysis to uncover opportunities and assess our clients' needs.

• Create high-quality interface designs, taking into account usability, accessibility, and user experience.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of proposed solutions.

• Track product performance and make iterative improvements based on feedback and metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer (Mid-level).

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or in a related field, focusing on digital products and/or mobile applications.

• Familiarity with research methodologies.

• Understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

• Experience as an Interaction Designer.

• Background in Information Architecture or related fields for digital products and/or mobile applications.

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Abstract.

• Experience with design thinking, Lean UX, or other frameworks that aid in the rapid identification of user needs.

• Knowledge of design research methodologies and principles of human-centered design.

• Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or evolving needs, demonstrating openness and agility.

• Experience in UX/UI design for web systems.

• Familiarity with contemporary web design techniques.

• Understanding of Motion Design.

• Familiarity with modern web design techniques.

• Knowledge of Motion Design.
