Senior Product Designer, Full Remote, Spain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire design process across various product domains, from initial concept to final delivery.

• Convert intricate product and technical challenges into user-friendly, high-quality experiences.

• Maintain a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship in fast-paced projects.

• Design with a focus on engagement, retention, monetization, and large-scale conversion.

• Develop and refine visual content (both images and videos) to assist in product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth initiatives.

• Contribute innovative product ideas and creative concepts.

• Discover opportunities that extend beyond the immediate brief.

• Influence the development of new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration.

• Enhance ideas through experimentation and thoughtful questioning.

• Clearly and confidently articulate design rationale.

• Defend design ideas with care and consideration.

• Assertively provide constructive feedback when necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with teams from Product, Engineering, and Leadership.

• Extensive experience in designing high-quality consumer digital products.

• Exceptional product thinking and interaction design capabilities.

• Strong technical proficiency and comfort with AI tools.

• Proficient prototyping skills — capable of selecting the appropriate method and fidelity (e.g., design tools versus code-based prototypes) based on the testing requirements.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• High design standards and strong visual discernment.

• Confidence in operating independently in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Strong sense of ownership and effective decision-making skills.
