Senior Product Designer – Full Remote, Finland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process across various product domains from initial concept to final delivery.

• Convert intricate product and technical challenges into user-friendly, high-quality experiences.

• Balance rapid execution, experimentation, and craftsmanship across dynamic initiatives.

• Design strategies aimed at enhancing engagement, retention, monetization, and large-scale conversion.

• Develop and refine visual content (including images and videos) to facilitate product exploration, in-product interactions, and marketing/growth channels.

• Contribute innovative product ideas and creative concepts.

• Identify opportunities that extend beyond the immediate project brief.

• Assist in shaping new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration.

• Advance ideas through experimentation and thoughtful challenges.

• Articulate design rationales clearly and with confidence.

• Defend design concepts thoughtfully.

• Collaborate effectively with teams in Product, Engineering, and Leadership.

• Solid experience in designing high-quality consumer digital products.

• Exceptional product thinking and interaction design capabilities.

• Strong technical fluency with a comfort level in working with AI tools.

• Proficient prototyping skills, able to select the appropriate approach and fidelity based on the testing question.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• High design sensibility and strong visual judgment.

• Confidence in operating independently within ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

• High level of ownership and strong decision-making skills.
