Senior Product Designer – Full Remote, Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process across various product domains from inception to delivery.

• Convert intricate product and technical challenges into user-friendly, high-quality experiences.

• Maintain a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship in dynamic projects.

• Design for user engagement, retention, monetization, and large-scale conversion.

• Develop and refine visual content (images and videos) to enhance product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth platforms.

• Provide innovative product ideas and creative concepts.

• Spot opportunities that extend beyond the immediate project requirements.

• Play a role in shaping new features and interaction patterns through proactive investigation.

• Further develop ideas through experimentation and thoughtful questioning.

• Articulate design rationale clearly and confidently.

• Defend your ideas with consideration.

• Offer constructive pushback when necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with teams in Product, Engineering, and Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing high-quality digital consumer products.

• Strong product thinking and interaction design skills.

• Proficient technical knowledge and comfort with AI tools.

• Excellent prototyping abilities—capable of selecting the appropriate approach and fidelity (e.g., design tools versus code-based prototypes) depending on the question at hand.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.

• High design sensibility and strong visual judgment.

• Confidence in working independently in ambiguous and fast-paced settings.

• Strong sense of ownership and decision-making skills.
