Senior Product Designer – Full Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the design process across various product domains from initial concept to final delivery.

• Transform intricate product and technical challenges into user-friendly, high-quality experiences.

• Maintain a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship in dynamic projects.

• Design for engagement, retention, monetization, and large-scale conversion.

• Develop and refine visual content (both image and video) to enhance product exploration, in-product interactions, and marketing growth avenues.

• Contribute innovative product ideas and creative concepts.

• Spot opportunities that extend beyond the immediate project brief.

• Influence the development of new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration.

• Advance ideas through experimentation and critical analysis.

• Clearly and confidently articulate design rationale.

• Defend design concepts thoughtfully.

• Provide constructive pushback when necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

• Extensive experience in designing high-quality consumer digital products.

• Strong capabilities in product thinking and interaction design.

• High technical proficiency and comfort in utilizing AI tools.

• Robust prototyping skills — able to select the appropriate approach and fidelity based on the issue being tested.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• Elevated design sensibility and strong visual judgment.

• Confidence in operating independently in ambiguous and fast-paced settings.

• Strong sense of ownership and decision-making skills.
