Senior Product Designer – Full Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the design process across various product domains from initial concept to final delivery.

• Convert intricate product and technical challenges into user-friendly, high-quality experiences.

• Maintain a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship within dynamic initiatives.

• Design with a focus on engagement, retention, monetization, and large-scale conversion.

• Develop and refine visual content (both image and video) to aid in product exploration, enhance in-product experiences, and support marketing/growth efforts.

• Contribute unique product ideas and imaginative concepts.

• Recognize opportunities that extend beyond the immediate scope.

• Help define new features and interaction patterns through proactive inquiry.

• Advance ideas through experimentation and critical examination.

• Work proficiently with modern design, prototyping, and creative tools.

• Explore new workflows that enhance both speed and output quality.

• Navigate comfortably within engineering constraints and practical implementation realities.

• Thoughtfully leverage emerging tools to expedite exploration and execution.

• Incorporate AI image/video generation tools into the design workflow.

• Clearly and confidently articulate design rationale.

• Defend design concepts with thoughtful reasoning.

• Provide constructive pushback when necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing high-quality consumer digital products.

• Exceptional product thinking and interaction design capabilities.

• Strong technical knowledge and comfort with AI tools.

• Proficient prototyping skills — adept at selecting the appropriate approach and fidelity (e.g., design tools vs. code-based prototypes) based on the inquiry being addressed.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• High aesthetic standards and strong visual judgment.

• Confidence in working independently within ambiguous, fast-paced settings.

• Strong sense of ownership and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience designing consumer digital products for a large audience (1M+ users) is highly regarded but not essential.
