Senior Product Designer, Full Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the design process across various product domains from initial concept to final delivery.

• Convert intricate product and technical challenges into seamless, high-quality user experiences.

• Maintain a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship in fast-paced projects.

• Design strategies that enhance engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion on a large scale.

• Develop and refine visual content (images and videos) to aid product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth initiatives.

• Contribute innovative product ideas and creative concepts.

• Influence the development of new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration.

• Elevate ideas through experimentation and thoughtful inquiry.

• Work proficiently with modern design, prototyping, and creative tools.

• Proven experience in designing high-quality consumer digital products.

• Excellent skills in product thinking and interaction design.

• Strong technical fluency and comfort with AI tools.

• Proficient prototyping skills — capable of selecting the appropriate approach and fidelity (e.g., design tools vs. code-based prototypes) based on the question being tested.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• High design aesthetic and strong visual judgment.

• Confidence in operating independently in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

• High sense of ownership and strong decision-making capabilities.

• Concise, high-trust communicator — conveys ideas and trade-offs clearly, quickly, and transparently; values others’ time.
