Senior Product Designer – Full Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire design process across various product domains from initial concept to final delivery.

• Convert intricate product and technical challenges into user-friendly, high-quality experiences.

• Strike a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship in a rapidly evolving environment.

• Design strategies that enhance engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion on a large scale.

• Develop and refine visual content (both image and video) to facilitate product exploration, in-app experiences, and marketing/growth initiatives.

• Contribute innovative product ideas and creative concepts.

• Spot opportunities that extend beyond the immediate project brief.

• Assist in defining new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration.

• Enhance ideas through experimentation and thoughtful challenges.

• Communicate design rationale clearly and assertively.

• Defend your ideas with careful consideration.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

• Proven experience in designing high-quality consumer digital products.

• Excellent capabilities in product thinking and interaction design.

• Strong technical knowledge and comfort in utilizing AI tools.

• Proficient in prototyping, able to select the appropriate method and fidelity based on the testing requirements.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

• High aesthetic standards and strong visual judgment.

• Ability to operate independently in uncertain, fast-paced environments.

• Strong sense of ownership and decision-making capabilities.
