Senior Product Designer – Full Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the design process across various product domains, from initial concept to final delivery.

• Convert complex product and technical issues into user-friendly, high-quality experiences.

• Maintain a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship in rapidly evolving projects.

• Design with a focus on engagement, retention, monetization, and large-scale conversion.

• Develop and refine visual content (both images and videos) to aid in product exploration, enhance in-product experiences, and support marketing/growth initiatives.

• Provide innovative product ideas and creative concepts.

• Discover opportunities that extend beyond the immediate project brief.

• Influence the development of new features and interaction patterns through proactive investigation.

• Advance ideas through experimentation and thoughtful inquiry.

• Articulate design rationale clearly and confidently.

• Defend design concepts with thoughtful arguments.

• Collaborate effectively with teams in Product, Engineering, and Leadership.

• Extensive experience in designing high-quality digital products for consumers.

• Strong skills in product thinking and interaction design.

• Proficiency in technical aspects and comfort in using AI tools.

• Excellent prototyping abilities — capable of selecting the appropriate method and fidelity (e.g., design tools vs. code-based prototypes) based on the testing requirements.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

• High design standards and strong visual evaluation skills.

• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-paced settings.

• Strong sense of ownership and effective decision-making capabilities.
