Senior Product Designer – Full Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire design process across various product domains from initial concept to final delivery.

• Transform intricate product and technical challenges into seamless, high-quality user experiences.

• Maintain a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship in fast-paced initiatives.

• Design for user engagement, retention, monetization, and large-scale conversion.

• Develop and refine visual content (images and videos) to facilitate product exploration, enhance in-product experiences, and support marketing/growth efforts.

• Contribute innovative product ideas and creative concepts.

• Recognize opportunities that extend beyond the immediate project brief.

• Shape new features and interaction patterns through proactive investigation.

• Advance ideas through experimentation and thoughtful inquiry.

• Clearly and confidently articulate design rationale.

• Defend design concepts with careful consideration.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing high-quality consumer digital products.

• Excellent skills in product thinking and interaction design.

• Strong technical proficiency and comfort using AI tools.

• Proficient in prototyping with the ability to select the appropriate method and fidelity (e.g., design tools vs. code-based prototypes) based on the testing objective.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• High aesthetic standards and strong visual judgment.

• Confidence in operating independently within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Strong sense of ownership and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience with AI-native, conversational, social, or highly interactive products (preferred).

• Background in creative tooling, content workflows, or technical experimentation (preferred).

• Experience in designing monetization/subscription products (preferred).

• Familiarity with designing for NSFW/adult user experiences (preferred).

• Experience in motion design, systems, or front-end-adjacent roles (preferred).
