Senior Product Designer – Full Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process across various product domains, from initial concept to final delivery.

• Convert intricate product and technical challenges into user-friendly and high-quality experiences.

• Maintain a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship in rapidly evolving projects.

• Design strategies aimed at engagement, retention, monetization, and large-scale conversion.

• Generate and refine visual content (both images and videos) to enhance product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing or growth initiatives.

• Propose original product ideas and creative concepts.

• Discover opportunities that extend beyond the immediate brief.

• Influence the development of new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration.

• Advance ideas through experimentation and thoughtful questioning.

• Clearly and confidently articulate design rationale.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

• Significant experience in designing high-quality consumer digital products.

• Excellent skills in product thinking and interaction design.

• Strong technical fluency and comfort in utilizing AI tools.

• Proficient prototyping skills, capable of selecting the appropriate method and fidelity (e.g., design tools vs. code-based prototypes) depending on the problem being addressed.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• High aesthetic standards and strong visual judgment.

• Confidence in working independently in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

• Strong sense of ownership and decision-making capabilities.

• Comfortable with NSFW product experiences.
