Senior Product Designer – Finance, Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process for finance dashboards and data visualization features.

• Gain insights into users and their requirements through qualitative and quantitative research.

• Develop comprehensive user journeys and service diagrams to streamline intricate workflows.

• Craft sophisticated data visualizations to produce clear and user-friendly interfaces.

• Create interactive mockups and prototypes, enhancing them through user testing.

• Collaborate across teams, maintain the design system, and uphold quality standards.

• Facilitate workshops to inspire ideas and support decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a product design role, preferably within a B2B SaaS setting.

• Experience with financial SaaS modules or intricate data visualization products is highly desirable.

• Proven track record in designing finance dashboards and data-intensive interfaces.

• Expertise in the design thinking process: research, ideation, prototyping, and delivery.

• Excellent skills in research, storytelling, mapping, and blueprinting.

• Strong capabilities in visual and interface design with meticulous attention to detail.

• Highly skilled in Figma and its features.

• Experience in agile environments, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
