Senior Product Designer, Dil Mil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Collect and analyze business data to pinpoint areas needing improvement.

• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Assemble and refine requirements from stakeholders, creating comprehensive technical documentation for the IT department.

• Presentations and Recommendations: Share findings and recommendations with senior managers and executives, and generate written reports that summarize data analysis.

• Implementation Support: Offer guidance and training to facilitate the implementation of recommended changes, and collect data to evaluate the impact of those changes.

• Collaboration with Development Teams: Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the accurate execution of design specifications, providing detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to assist the development process.

• Evaluation and Improvement: Assess and monitor the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and various data sources.

• Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience.

• UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma.

• Visual Design: Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience working alongside product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products.

• Utilize both product metrics and UX metrics to inform your decisions.

• Deliver high-quality Design and Technical documentation.

• Familiarity with User Research Methods, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative approaches.

• Proficiency in conducting User Research Techniques such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B testing.

• Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.

• Demonstrated self-starter mentality: you excel at taking ownership of initiatives with minimal oversight.
