Senior Product Designer – Designer, Developer Role

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Ensure that the design initiatives are aligned with the client's business goals.

• Collaborate closely with the 3Pillar engagement team and clients.

• Develop exceptional designs that provide a delightful experience for end users.

• Partner with global delivery teams to produce top-tier products utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing UX role.

• Proficiency in working with digital products, business logic, processes, and diverse clientele.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive “roll up your sleeves” attitude.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to perceive the broader context within details.

• Experience in collaborating with global teams is highly advantageous.

• High level of cultural awareness.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile practices and Lean methodologies for creating top-notch products.

• Proficient in using the Adobe toolkit, Figma, and AI tools.
