Senior Product Designer, Commerce & Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert intricate financial and operational needs into straightforward, user-friendly experiences. Ensure each flow is clear, precise, and trustworthy.

• Incorporate AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT into your design process to examine edge cases, test logic, and create prototypes.

• Validate your assumptions through light research. Engage directly with customers, conduct usability tests, and make improvements based on findings.

• Present your work openly during critiques and reviews. Foster a culture that prioritizes quality, clarity, and results over mere artifacts.

• Uphold high standards for clarity, usability, visual design, and consistency.

• Aid in the development of Boulevard’s design system by enhancing components and establishing patterns that accommodate the intricacies of commerce.

• Proven experience in designing complex, system-oriented products, preferably within B2B, fintech, or commerce sectors.

• A history of managing projects from problem identification through to launch and demonstrating measurable impact.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to streamline discovery, prototyping, and iteration processes.

• A portfolio that showcases strong product thinking, interaction design, and craftsmanship.

• Excellent communication abilities and a willingness to collaborate directly with engineers, product teams, and other cross-functional partners.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make progress without complete information.
