
Senior Product Designer – Case Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and enhance the end-to-end case management experience, building on the current MVP and guiding the future trajectory of the product.
• Create AI-supported and human-in-the-loop workflows that balance automation with transparency, trust, and user empowerment.
• Analyze and optimize user journeys within complex operational workflows, taking into account both business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from the initial discovery phase through to delivery and iteration.
• Lead design exploration in uncertain problem areas, transforming emerging opportunities into seamless product experiences.
• Advocate for best practices in designing AI-supported experiences, which include confidence indicators, explainability patterns, and error management.
• Contribute to the development of design systems, particularly concerning AI interaction patterns and workflow-centric experiences.
• Utilize AI tools to assist in research synthesis, scenario modeling, prototyping, and rapid iteration.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end UX design for a product area, from discovery to delivery.
• Practical experience in designing AI-assisted or agentic workflows, including human-in-the-loop experiences, feedback loops, confidence states, explainability, and error management.
• Comfortable operating in greenfield or early-stage product settings where requirements and opportunities are still being defined.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities, able to link design choices to product objectives and business results.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a proven history of partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience using AI tools throughout the design process to speed up insight generation, exploration, and iteration.
• Solid UX foundations paired with the ability to navigate uncertainty and make progress in dynamic environments.
• Experience in B2B, operational, or workflow-intensive products is preferred.
• Familiarity with case management systems, workflow platforms, or AI-enhanced tools would be a significant advantage.
