This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

• Design UX/UI for new features — from concept to interactive prototype.

• Establish and maintain the structure and consistency of the design system.

• Collaborate with the product and development teams throughout all stages.

• Test your solutions with users and iterate based on feedback.

• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests).

• Assist the team in becoming closer to users through training and facilitating research.

• Experience in product design (4+ years).

• Ability to transform insights into design solutions.

• Strong skills in interaction design: logic, behavior, states, and prototyping.

• Proficient in Figma (components, auto layout, prototypes).

• Understanding of UX writing principles and accessibility.

• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, testing).

• Ability to integrate AI tools into workflows.

• English proficiency at B2+ level.
